How do I change the voltage of an I/O bank using the Pin Planner in Quartus II software?

Description

To change the I/O bank voltage in the Pin Planner using Quartus® II software, you can do the following (example using IOBANK_1):

1. Launch the Pin Planner (Shortcut: CTRL Shift N)
2. Right click the background of the Pin Planner and choose "Show I/O Banks".
3. Right click the text box for IOBANK_1 and choose "I/O bank properties ..."
4. Set the I/O bank VCCIO to your preferred voltage value.
