How do I change the input clock frequency selection in the ALTLVDS_RX and ALTLVDS_TX MegaWizard Plug-In Manager targeting Stratix V devices?

Description

Due to a problem in the Quartus® II software version 10.1 and later, the Specify input clock rate by drop-down menu may only display 100MHz in the ALTLVDS_RX and ALTLVDS_TX MegaWizard™ Plug-In manager when targeting Stratix® V devices. This problem may occur if you only installed Stratix V devices during Quartus II installation.

This affects other drop lists in the ALTLVDS_TX and ALTLVDS_RX megafunctions as well.

To work around this problem, ensure that you include the Stratix IV devices in addition to Stratix V devices during the Quartus II software installation.
