How can I use the Stratix V GX transceiver Custom and Low Latency PHY IP components in Qsys?

Description

The Stratix V GX Custom and Low Latency PHY IP components are not included in the Qsys component library.

To work around this problem, you can import the transciever Custom or Low Latency PHY IP as custom components into Qsys. The Quartus® II Software Handbook, Chapter 6, Creating Qsys Components (PDF) provides details on creating custom components.
