How can I use Nios II off chip trace with Lauterbach in Quartus II 14.1 and later?

Description

An updated Qsys component is required to interface Nios II® and Nios II gen 2 processors to the Lauterbach trace port in the Quartus® II software version 14.0 and later. 

The Lauterbach Trace Interface IP is only included with Qsys in Quartus II 14.1 and later:  Qsys IP Catalog -> Processors and Peripherals->Peripherals->Lauterbach Trace Interface IP
