How can I enable transceiver polarity inversion in the 10GBASE-R PHY IP for Arria V GZ and Stratix V GX devices?

Description

You can enable transceiver polarity inversion in the 10GBASE-R PHY IP for Arria® V GZ and Stratix® V GX devices by following the sequence below.

1. Generate the 10GBase-R PHY IP
2. Open "sv_xcvr_10gbaser_native.sv" and search for the RX_POLARITY_INV or TX_POLARITY_INV local parameter
3. Change the value of RX_POLARITY_INV or TX_POLARITY_INV to "invert_enable"
