How can I check whether my input pins use the I/O register in the Quartus II software version 13.0 and later?

Description

Beginning with the Quartus® II software version 13.0, the Input Register colum in the Resource Section: Input Pins section of the Fitter report is removed. To verify whether the input register is used for an input, check the column Registered Fan-Out in the same report. If the value is  greater than 0, the I/O input register is used.
