"Generate PowerPlay Early Power Estimator File" function produces incorrect transceiver data rates for the Arria 10 device

Description

In the Quartus II software version 14.1, if you export a file for Arria 10 device designs with the Generate PowerPlay Early Power Estimator File function, the file will display incorrect transceiver data rates.

Resolution

This issue is fixed in the Quartus II software version 15.0.

For previous software releases, you must update the transceiver data rates manually after importing them into the Early Power Estimator spreadsheet.
