Functions 4-7 of Arria V Hard IP for PCI Express IP Core Not Available

Description

Functions 4-7 of the Arria V Hard IP for PCI Express IP Core are not available. Functions 0-3 operate normally.

Resolution

This issue is fixed in version 13.0 SP1 of the Quartus II software.
