Fitter error when implementing PCIe x8 with EP4S40G5H40

Description

There will be a fitter error when implementing PCIe x8 with EP4S40G5H40 as showed as below:

Error (167008): One or more transceiver atoms cannot be placed
 Error (167072): The transceiver block has no associated PCI Express hard IP block

Resolution

You need to disable \'Use Auxiliary Transmitter(ATX) PLL\' option in ALTGX megaWizard, and compile the project again.
