Description

Due to a problem in the Quartus® Prime Standard Edition Software version 22.1 and earlier, you might see this error during compilation in the synthesis stage when assigning a value to a constant using a decimal format.
 

Resolution

To work around this problem, change the value assigned to hexadecimal format.
