Example Design for Avalon-MM 256-Bit Hard IP for PCI Express Not Working

Description

The example design for the Avalon-MM 256-Bit Hard IP for PCI Express does not work in simulation or hardware for 13.0 SP1.

Resolution

This is fixed in the Quartus II 13.1 release.
