Error(175003): The AIB_3VIO_OE location is occupied

Description

You may see this error in the Quartus® Prime Pro Software if your Stratix® 10 design uses more than 2 output enables (OE) for a 3V IO bank. Each 3V IO bank in a Stratix® 10 device has 8 single ended IOs and a maximum of 2 OEs.

Resolution

Use no more than 2 OEs for IOs assigned to a 3V IO bank in Stratix® 10 devices.
