Error: [WinError 10038] An operation was attempted on something that is not a socket

Description

Due to problem in Quartus® II software version 15.0 and earlier, you might see this error while running Design Space Explorer II (DSE II) on Windows.

Resolution

This problem is fixed beginning with the Quartus II software version 15.0 Update 2.
