Description

Due to a problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software version 19.1, you may see this error when you are using Design Space Explorer.

The error is not properly created. It should be "Warning: Fail to write to database: database is locked"

Resolution

This problem has been fixed beginning with version 19.3 of the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software.
