ERROR: The attributes for bit 'rdynamic_sw' have illegal conflicting values

Description

Due to a problem in the Stratix® V and Arria® V GZ HSSI PMA model, you may see this reported error when simulating the Hard IP for PCI Express® with the QuestaSim® or NC-Sim® simulators.

Resolution

This error can be safely ignored, as the simulation will continue to run correctly.

This problem is fixed starting with the Intel® Quartus® Prime Standard Edition Software version 14.0.
