Error: Reinstall the drivers for this device (Code 18)

Description

You may see the following two errors when using the USB-Blaster™ on HP laptops:

Error: Device Driver Software NOT successfully Installed

Error: Reinstall the drivers for this device (Code 18)

The driver is incompatible with HP laptops.  This does not affect HP desktops.
