Error: Pin cannot have a calibrated on-chip termination

Description

Arria®GX devices do not support OCT with calibration.  If you make this assignment to any pins of an ArriaGX device, the Quartus® II design software will issue this error message.

The Pin Planner in the Quartus II software version 7.1 and later incorrectly shows that the RUP and RDN calibration pins are available as dual purpose pins.  These pins are only available as I/O pins and can not be used for OCT calibration in ArriaGX devices.

This problem is scheduled to be fixed in a future release of the Quartus II software.
