Error: Makefile:200: *** target pattern contains no '%'. Stop

Description

You may observe this error when the "make" command is run from an Altera SoC Embedded Design Suite (EDS) embedded command shell from the Quartus® II software version 13.0 without the installation of the ARM® DS-5 Altera Edition Toolkit. 

Resolution

You must install the ARM DS-5 Altera Edition Toolkit to use the "make" command successfully in the Quartus® II software version 13.0.

This problem is fixed in the Quartus II software version 13.0sp1 and later.
