Error: fp_matrix_mult_ii_0: IP generation failed at file discovery, please tell Altera

Description

Due to a problem with the Intel® Stratix® 10 Intel® FPGA Floating Point Matrix Multiply IP in Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 17.1, you may observe the above error when trying to Generate HDL for the IP. This problem affects Windows OS only.

This problem is fixed starting with the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 17.1
