Error: C9932E: Cannot obtain license for Compiler (feature compiler5) with license version >= 5.0201305

Description

This error may be seen when running ARMCC examples with a DS-5 Altera license,  a license for ARMCC is not included with DS-5 Altera Edition DS-5 v5.19.2 or earlier or  DS-5 Community Edition.

Resolution

To avoid this problem use the GNU Cross Compiler (GCC) toolchain and _GNU examples from <installation directory>/embedded/examples/software, or obtain a license for ARMCC.  Please follow the related solution to obtain an updated license if your existing DS-5 Altera Edition license is less than 1 year old.  Alternatively contact ARM to purchase a license for DS-5.
