Error (287078): Assertion error: Can't convert dual-port RAM for MAX 10 FPGA device family using altsyncram megafunction because MAX 10 FPGA supports only synchronous dual-port RAM

Description

Due to a problem in the Quartus® II software version 14.0, the 16550 UART IP maybe selectable in the IP Catalog when MAX 10 device is selected. 

The 16550 UART IP does not support MAX 10 device family.
