Error 23035: TCL error: list doesn't contain element 4 while executing "lreplace $member 4 4 "$bsdl_lib::BSC_FAMILY_OUT_TYPE""

Description

You might see this error when generating a post configuration BSDL file from the Intel® Quartus® Prime Software to run JTAG boundary scan on Intel® Cyclone® 10 LP devices. This is because the generation of post configuration BSDL files is not supported in Intel Quartus Prime Software for Intel Cyclone 10 LP devices. 

Resolution

Use the post configuration BSDL generator tool to perform post configuration JTAG Boundary Scan on Intel Cyclone 10 LP devices. Refer to the video tutorial on the tool usage.
