Error (170070) : Cannot place logic cells assigned to one LAB into a single LAB

Description

Due to a problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 21.4 and earlier, you may see this error message during compilation when the design contains partial reconfiguration and targets an Intel Agilex® 7 device. 

Resolution

This problem has been fixed in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 22.1
