Error (169008): Can't turn on open-drain option for differential I/O pin

Description

The Quartus® II software Fitter will generate this error if a design has floating bidir pins with differential HSTL, SSTL and BLVDS I/O standards.

Resolution

To avoid this Fitter error, connect the floating bidir pins with differential I/O standards to the ALTIOBUF megafunction in differential mode.
