Error (14024): Parameter "mem_if_tcwl" of instance "hmc_inst" has illegal value "TCWL_1" assigned to it. Possible parameter values are: "TCWL_8", "TCWL_7", "TCWL_6", "TCWL_5", "TCWL_4", "TCWL_3", "TCWL_2", "TCWL_0".

Description

In the Quartus® II software version 13.0, you may receive this error message when compiling a design which contains the LPDDR2 UniPHY based IP.  This error occurs if the CAS latency is set to 3 when using a hard memory controller in your design.

Resolution

This problem has been fixed starting with Quartus II software version 13.1.
