Error (12848): "REF10GCLK" is locked to the right side. There is no HSSI strip on the right side.

Due to a bug in the Quartus® II software version 13.1, you may see the Fitter error above.

Resolution

This problem was fixed in Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 14.0.
