EMIF Generation for Arria V or Cyclone V Devices Requires Stratix V Device Database to be Installed

Description

This problem affects DDR2, DDR3, LPDDR2 and RLDRAM II products.

When generating an external memory interface for an Arria V or Cyclone V device, the generation process may fail to complete if you do not have the Stratix V device database installed.

Resolution

The workaround for this issue is to ensure that the Stratix V device database is installed before attempting to generate the external memory interface.

This issue will be fixed in a future version.
