Does VCCIO with a lower voltage than 2.5V make any difference to the RD OCT value and tolerance in Cyclone® V devices?

Description

In Cyclone® V  devices, the RD OCT  is connected to the 2.5V VCCPD supply and not the VCCIO supply of the respective bank.    

Resolution

Any changes to VCCIO will have no implication on RD OCT values.
