Does the Scaler II IP Core support odd frame heights or widths in 4:2:2 mode?

Description

The Scaler II IP Core does not support odd frame heights or widths in 4:2:2 mode.

Resolution

Use only even frame heights and widths when in 4:2:2 mode.

This will not be fixed in a future Quartus® Prime software version.
