Does the design security feature or the compression feature affect the compatibility of programming files with EPCQ-A serial configuration device?

No, irrespective of whether the design security (AES encryption) feature or/and the compression feature are used, the programming file compatibility with EPCQ-A serial configuration devices is not affected.
