Yes, the SDI "fix_clk" of 24 MHz in Altera® MegaWizard™ function represents the SDI fix_clk of 24.576 MHz in the SDI User Guide. The correct frequency of "fix_clk" are 24.576MHz, 25 MHz, 50 MHz, 100 MHz, or 200 MHz.
