Does Interlaken PHY IP implement transmitting Status Message mentioned in Appendix A of Interlaken protocol v1.2?

Description

The current INLK PHY IP does not support being able to manipulate the TX side Link and Lane Status messaging on the Diagnostic Word.  User can use sideband signaling as an alternative to indicate link and lane status messaging.

 

The TX DIAG bit[33:32] are set to fixed value 2'b11.  Currently, the user has no access to these bits and these values will always reflect 2'b11 on the egress direction even when ingress link or lane has errors.
