Do Cyclone II device LEs have two asycnchronous inputs for set and reset?

Description

No, Cyclone® II devices LEs only have an asynchronous reset input, they do not have an asycnchronous set input. The preset(set) signal is achieved by using NOT gate push-back. It can only support either a preset or asynchronous reset at one time.
