Do Altera configuration devices have a security bit?

Description
Altera configuration devices do not have a security bit. Configuration devices are used to transfer data to FLEX or APEX devices. A security bit would prevent the configuration device from configuring the FLEX or APEX device. Even if a security bit was designed to prevent the a programmer from reading the data in a configuration device, security could be defeated by simply monitoring the data transferred out of the configuration device on power-up.
