Section 2, Primitive Reference, shows a list of primitives with note 1 stating these are only supported in Stratix® III and Cyclone® III devices. This is not accurate; the following primitives are only supported in Cyclone III devices:

• ALT_OUTBUF_TRI_DIFF
• ALT_IOBUF_DIFF
• ALT_BIDIR_DIFF
