Delay chain back-annotations are not supported for Stratix V designs

Description

If your design targets a Stratix V device, back-annotation of post-compilation delay chain settings might fail when you enable the Delay chains option in the Back-Annotate Assignments dialog box.

The Quartus II software does not support back-annotation of delay chains in designs that target Stratix V devices.

Resolution

There is no workaround.
