DCP platform - SignalTap unreliable on first acquisition

Description

For user who using DCP 1.0 PRQ with Quartus® 17.0 and the Arria® 10 PAC board. The data acquired from SignalTap over PCIe may be inaccurate on the first acquisition. 

Resolution

Run SignalTap over PCIe over at least two acquisitions. Or if you have to trigger on the first acquisition, rerun it until you have at least two similar waveforms to validate the correct waveform been captured.
