Description

Due to a problem in the Quartus® II software version 11.0 SP1, you may see this critical warning on Stratix® V transceiver devices even if the Custom PHY IP and Reconfiguration Controller IP are connected correctly.

This problem will be fixed in a future version of the Quartus II software.
