Critical Warning (19028): HPS DDR oct_rzqin pin is placed in a location not supported by HPS Early IO release. If you plan to use Early IO release, place the oct_rzqin in the IO bank 2K.

Description

This critical warning may occur during compilation even though the oct_rzqin pin is already placed in I/O bank 2K.

Resolution

If the HPS Early I/O release isn't used, this critical warning can be safely ignored.

If the HPS Early I/O release is used, then the oct_rzqin pin must be placed in I/O bank 2K.
