Compilation Fails When Bonding Feature is Enabled

Description

This problem affects DDR2 and DDR3 products.

Compilation fails when the controller bonding feature is enabled for Arria V devices.

Resolution

There is no workaround for this issue. This issue will be fixed in a future release of the external memory interface IP.
