Can't open dockable window - can't load library "prj_pjnq.dll". The specified module could not be found

Description

You may see this error when you try to launch the Quartus II software if your antivirus software has blocked the file db_llu.dll from the <Quartus II installation directory>/bin64 or <Quartus II installation directory>/bin directories.

Resolution

To avoid this error, unblock the quarantined file in your antivirus software or disable your antivirus software.
