Cannot load Packet Format Converter Element Class. Make sure SOPC Builder is installed.

Description

You may see this error in DSP Builder v14.1 if your design uses the Avalon ST Packet Format Converter block. The block is in the DSP Builder standard blockset Interface/Avalon Streaming library of Altera DSp Builder Standard Blockset .

Resolution

To work around this problem, delete the block from your design. This problem is scheduled to be fixed in a future version of DSP Builder
