Can I use single MIF file for Altera transceiver devices running at different data rates?

Description

It is possible to use a single MIF file for multiple transceiver configurations, but it is mandatory for you to first generate a channel specific MIF file for each transceiver configuration and compare those MIF files. If after comparison of the MIF files, you see that they are identical you may reuse the MIF file for multiple configurations.
