Can I use JTAG to load in a CvP Initialization (CvP Init) file into my device?

Yes, you can use JTAG to load different programming files (i.e. SOF/JIC/periph.POF) into your selected Configuration via Protocol (CvP) Init enabled Stratix® V, Cyclone® V , Arria® V or Arria 10 device.

You may use JTAG to enable a full SOF load of a CvP Init image, because the Hard IP will come up first in a CvP Init load. The fabric should then be reloaded over PCIe.
