Can I use a Quad Serial Configuration device (EPCQ) to configure any device family that supports Active Serial (AS) mode?

Description
Yes, EPCQ devices can be used to configure any Altera® device that supports Active Serial Mode. You can use the EPCQ device in x1 mode for device families that support only x1 AS configuration.
