Can I ignore the SCFIFO IP parameter DISABLE_DCFIFO_EMBEDDED_TIMING_CONSTRAINT = TRUE?

Description

Due to a problem in the Quartus® Prime software version 15.1 Update 1 and earlier, you may see the following lpm_hint parameter when generating the SCFIFO IP. DISABLE_DCFIFO_EMBEDDED_TIMING_CONSTRAINT=TRUE.

You can safely ignore this parameter which has no effect on SCFIFO IP.

Resolution

This parameter is scheduled to be removed in a future release of the Quartus Prime software.
