Can I disable the internal weak pull-up resistors on all dual purpose and user I/O pins before and during device configuration in Cyclone-series devices?

Description

No, you cannot disable the internal weak pull-up resistors on dual purpose and user I/O pins before and during configuration in Cyclone®-series devices. Cyclone-series devices do not have the nIO_PULLUP pin which can enable or disable the weak pull-up resistor on all dual purpose and user I/O pins before and during configuration.
