Can I constrain the placement of Partial Reconfiguration PR_IPORT and PR_OPORT cells?

Description

The Quartus® II software does not support constraining the placement of PR_IPORT and PR_OPORT cells.

Resolution

Support for this feature is currently scheduled for a future release of the Quartus II software.
