Can Arria 10 devices be programmed with both a volatile and non-volatile encryption key?

Description

Yes, Arria® 10 devices can be programmed with a volatile encryption key if a non-volatile encryption key is already programmed, or vice versa. However, Quartus® Prime versions 16.0 and earlier do not currently support the ability to do this.
