Can a spread-spectrum clock be used with the ALTLVDS_RX IP in non-DPA mode?

Description

When using the ALTLVDS_RX IP in non-DPA mode, a spread-spectrum clock input is not supported as this may result in large skew between the serial data and the source-synchronous clock output and cause improper receiver behaviour.
